1. What is the quality of our hair?
All of our hair is grade 8A quality and double drawn. Our hair does not shed, tangle or matt. We stand behind the quality of our hair.
2. What is the difference between the types of hair we sell?
The difference between the hair is defined by its softness, its thickness and its quality (sheen, durability and strength of the strands).
Based on this standard we rank our hair in this order:
1. Peruvian 2. Malaysian 3. Brazilian
3. How many ounces (oz) comes in a bundle?
3.5 oz (100grams
4. How many bundles are needed to complete a full sew-in?
Depends on head size, desired thickness and length of hair chosen:
5. How long does the hair typically last?
6 months to a year depending on care and type of hair.
6. Can the hair be colored?
Yes it can, but we advise that you use a professional colorist that specializes in coloring hair extensions.
7. What color does the hair come in?
Virgin hair only comes in natural colors of the donors, which are usually 1b-4 (dark brown to light brown).
8. Can the weft be cut?
Our wefts are not meant to be cut. If you need to cut your weft you must seal the ends so that hair will not shed from the cut end of the weft.
9. Will the hair wave up again after being straightened?
Yes it will, but the more the hair is straightened the hair the more the pattern will be lost. It is important to remember that the hair is not attached to any cuticles so it no longer is receiving any nourishment, so if you continuously straighten you will relax the pattern just like you would with your own hair.
10. How long does it take to ship and process the orders?
All orders over $99 are shipped Free via USPS Priority mail. If the order is less than $99 , shipping is $12.50 . Overnight shipping is available via USPS Express and is $28.95 (1-6 items). Shipping rates are for the Continental USA only. We do not ship to international locations.
12. What is your return or exchange policy?
All sales are final. We will do exchanges only within 7 days with receipt. Items must be in their original state :unopened, unwrapped, unaltered, unworn, undamaged and all tags and packaging must be included. We do not accept any merchandise that has been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, colored or washed) . You must contact us at [email protected] to request an exchange.

We were originally wholesalers only, and decided to also open our website offering great prices to the public.

- All orders purchased before 12pm (midday)will go out the same day. Orders placed after 12pm (midday) will be shipped the next business day. All orders are shipped via USPS priority mail unless specified.
- Priority shipping typically takes 2 to 3 business days for you to receive your order. Express shipping takes 1 Day.
- We will ship your product the same day if ordered by 12:00PM or by the next business day if your order is received after this time. Orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday will be shipped on the next business day..All orders are ship via USPS.
- OVERNIGHT SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE .
- After your package is shipped , you will get a email with the tracking number.
- FOR YOUR PROTECTION: YOUR BILLING AND SHIPPING ADDRESS WILL BE VERIFIED AND MUST BE THE SAME.
- A Signature will be required on all deliveries.
